Art classes are progressing and resulted in the first showing of our works, Nov. 1st, 2007.
Until today, except for one of my showings at The Corcoran Gallery, DC in the 1970's, and The Scottsville Council for the Arts Gallery Show, VA, a few years back, I have not included any paintings of the human figure other than distance images in larger landscapes, a few interiors and/or street scenes. With this new focus on portrait drawing and painting of the human figure, I have effected a change in this respect. We shall see what impact it has on sales.
